Frank Winslow

Senior Partner

Frank joined Quad-C in 1998 and leads investment activity in the healthcare and packaging sectors.

Prior to joining Quad-C, Frank was a consultant in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Public Financial Management, where he advised on the issuance of municipal bonds and the use of various derivative strategies.
